Chocolate chip cookies are one of my favorite cookies of all time. I needed to bake some cookies since I needed to use up all my ripe bananas and have been craving something sweet. This is a super, easy recipe and only four ingredients. Enjoy!
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 teaspoon of peanut or almond butter
- 1 cup of quick oats
- 1/2 cup of chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place bananas in a large bowl. Mash them really good. Next, add the peanut or almond butter and mix. Add in the oats and chocolate chips and stir in with a spoon. Make into small balls and place on cookie sheet with parchment paper. Bake for 15 minutes. Happy Baking!
