Only a few more days until Christmas Time! In our home, days before Thanksgiving, we have a tradition to deck our halls with Christmas cheer. Nothing gets me more in the holiday spirit as twinkly lights, stockings and a big tree.
Every year since my kids were born, I would hang stockings for each one of our family members on our chimney. Hanging stockings, decorating gingerbread houses, baking cookies and putting a Christmas tree every year is our favorite traditions. This year, we have added one more family member, my new son-in-law. This totals seven stockings hung on our fireplace.
No matter your faith, or what you believe in, Christmas Time should be very special. Christmas is about love because God is love.
Therefore, this Christmas, spend time and enjoy your loved ones. There is nothing more important than family. It is not about the presents. Hold your loved ones tighter and enjoy these moments.
Wishing each and every one of you a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Here I will share our Christmas decor this year.
